Method of Payment

SoloQuest accepts cash, check, or credit card in payment for services. Payment is due in advance, unless other arrangements have been made. There is a payment plan available upon request. Without a payment plan, payment for courses must be received in full prior to the first student-teacher meeting and payment for academic tutoring must be received by the day of service.

SoloQuest accepts AMEX, MasterCard or Visa.

Mail to SoloQuest at 414 W. Napa Street, Sonoma 95476. 

To expedite payment, you may also call us with your credit card number, but please do not send your card number by e-mail.

Payment Plan  

The payment plan allows tuition for full time and part time courses to be paid in three installments. The initial payment must be at least 50% of the total balance and is due before the first student-teacher meeting. 

Tuition and fees must be paid in full before the course is complete. There is a $100.00 finance charge for the payment plan. If you would like to take advantage of our payment plan, you must complete and sign the payment plan application and agreement, which will be provided upon request with the enrollment agreement. 

You must also provide credit card information and authorization for us to bill your credit card, if payment is not received by the due date.
